Do I Have Tourrtes/ADD/insomina

I think i might have tourrtes becasue sometimes i scream and tick out of nowhere esepcially when i get excited.iam always engetic and lively but in class i somtimes doodle. also i can stay up all night and still be energetic and function normally. I also usually can't get to sleep with out tylenol pms or some melotonin so what do u guys think:confused:

well it is prolly not Tourettes cuz i have it and you just get tics out of nowhere. this seems mostly like ADD or ADHD.
