well i will be grumpy for the next week (just to let you know)
well i got cramps badder than ever
what's up with this? they get worse and worse each time i get my period

Aw, I'm sorry. :(

It's normal for your periods to keep getting worse and worse until your hormones settle into their adult rhythm. If it gets really, really bad it's a good idea to mention it to a doctor; they'll be able to double check and make sure everything is normal and recommend things to help with the symptoms.

ya its normal to get worse. take baths drink tea. it helps. also if it starts to really hurt. try birth control. its not only for sexual purposes. it also helps control your period, make it less painfull and more predictible as of when you will get it! good luck
