Your probably thinking if sperm and semen are the same, which they aren't. Sperm is in semen.

Yes cum and semen is the same thing. Cum is like slang.
When you first ejaculate, you probably won't have much semen come out. But as you get older, and finish with puberty, you will most likely have much more semen than when you started.

when I first cummed it wasn't much.
