I was thinking...
Why IS it considered so wrong to be part of a threesome? Three people who like eachother; why not?
I don't see any problems, or maybe I am unaware.
I realise there may be religious aspects on this, just like pornography :P

Well, it's one of those things that's considered wrong or 'not right' in society.
It's because it's not what the norm is.
Of course, there are more reasons than that, but that's my view really.

People should have sex anyway they want with whatever they want. Why do people care about it so much?

It's considered wrong because sex is meant to be something intimate shared between two people who care deeply for eachother. If there's a third person there, it's very hard for most people to grasp the idea that they all share those exact feelings for one another.

So you think beastiality is alright?
It's wrong religiously. Once again, Addi has a better answer than I would. It's kind of like cheating, really. Do you think people who cheat on another person are alright?

Wow
Thats perfect in my book
People cant understand that 3 people can share the same feelings as 2 people
That, and seeing as homosexuality is frowned upon by many, and there must either be 2 girls or 2 men in a threesome, its a double wrongdoing.

Well, sex isn't "meant" to be some kind of intimate ritual or anything. Its purpose is babies. The act itself can occur in whatever way those involved want it to be. So the only reason it could be considered wrong is traditionalism(if that's even a word) or shyness.

Legally, there is nothing wrong with it as long as no marriage takes place between any or all of the people involved.
A three-way relationship can get very messy which is, IMO, a strong motive against them. If two of them fall out, but they still want/love/need the third the whole situation will get very uncomfortable and difficult decisions have to be made.

thats not really accurate
with beastiality the animal you "have sex with" doesn't really have any say in the matter
same with the cheating aspect, if you go aroun having sex with a third person without your girlfriend or wife knowing about it its wrong
but if three people all decide to have sex together they've all agreed on it

Oh come one now, let's not pull the biology excuse on a debate of love~! You are so unromantic. ;_;
And again, we are debating why it is considered wrong, not whether it is wrong. As I already pointed out, it is because most people see sex as something done between those who love eachother, and the idea that three people all love eachother equally is difficult to grasp.
