Really depressed lately!!!

I have been really depressed lately. My son's birthday is this Sunday. He will turn 4. His mom has custody and will not return phone calls or texts. We are in the process of going through court to deal with visitation and child support.

Every time I think about him it bring tears to my eyes.

Awee omg im sorry to hear that. that must really suck. hmm ya i would say the best way would be to talk to the court maybe get a lawyer. as it is your son and communication between you and your ex(?) is very important since you have a son togeather. good luck :)

Feel free to talk to me if you need to. My parents are getting divorced and i resent that, but then i think about it and think, maybe its for the best, my parents are happy again. But I'm not. Its understandable for you to be depressed, maybe get a family member or something to contact her. It's not fair how they work things out these days.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that. My sister and her boyfriend (common-in-law-?) have the same problem. Tony (my sisters boyfriend) ex wife hardly lets him see his daughter.
He pays childsupport and everything but she still doesn't let him see her.
So, they'll be going to court about that.
Anyway, I hope you get this thing figured out.
Just keep being positive and neva give up ^_^
