This has been eating away at me and I think I just have to get it off of my chest. As you all know my friend Jessie passed away awhile ago, and it's still effecting me. Truth be told, Jessie and I were kind of like House and Stacy from House. We had sex regardless of who had a boy/girlfriend. Then when we had the chance to be together we could never make that leap.
Every single time, I'd wake up before her and leave. We'd just continue this same old dance, never expressing our true love. Just going through the day like mindless drones. She used to tell me that she loved me but I could never do it! I could even hug her, for the fear that I might actually connect with another human being. I'm even afraid to connect with Noor, I might lash o ut like my father used to do.
What makes this even worse is that, the sex was the best. But it was just sex, nothing more nothing less. I'm such a hypocrite, cause I always say "well, having sex for the sake of having sex is never the way to go."
Still, I did this for weeks, every saturday and then I would just keep living my life. It's my fault that she died, If I could connect with her, the god's wouldn't have cursed her like that.

It's not your fault she died. It was her time to return to God.
And, its really good to open let this all out to people whom you can trust.
If you want, feel free to PM me, okay?

sick.
I don't know really what to say... but, it's not your fault she died. As Chay said, it was her time. You had nothing to do with that. You wouldn't feel guilty if you didn't keep this a secret and/or hold an affair as such. Lesson learnt I guess.

Greg, hun, you can't blame yourself at all.
We're only human,
We can't control these things.
Had we been born fortune tellers,
This world would be a much different place.

I agree with Steph, Greg. There is nothing you could have done to stop what happened to Jessie. It is not your fault she got into an accident. You can not blame yourself.

I agree, You cant blame yourself for this.
Its just something that happened, there was nothing you could do.
If you did connect with her, she would have died anyway. As has been said it was just her time to go.
As for not connecting with Noor, You should, for your daughters sake. I dont think you could ever be anything like your father. Your a great guy.

He mentioned in a previous thread that she got into a car accident.
And there is no reason to think it was your fault, unless you were the other driver. (which you weren't)
