Wait until puberty is over (18-21) and find which gender you like the best, then you can decide.
If you do turn out to be gay, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that!! Loads of gay people just lead normal good lives and in modern society, it's hardly frowned upon; school, however, is another matter. Unless you feel ready, I wouldn't come out because:
1. You might not turn out gay.
2. Someone might make a move on you you will regret.
3. You might get teased/bullied, terrible as it is.

Also note that during puberty you have a hormone overdose :P so most people experience many sexual feelings for people. Anyone, both genders. Sometimes people have gay sexual thoughts during puberty but actually end up perfectly straight.

And, just for the record, if you still like girls, you're bisexual (liking both boys and girls) and not gay.

It's totally okay to fantasize about your friends... if it makes the friendship awkward, that's a problem, but otherwise... Just go with the flow, and let your identity develop. You might be a full-fledged flamer, or you might just be exploring your sexuality. Either way, totally fine.
