question about my friend

so my friend is 15 and hasnt started puberty at all he looks the same as he did when he was 11 but a tiny bit taller like 5 feet 2 should he see a doctor

He's just a (cue horrible word) late bloomer.
He's behind in puberty that's all, he'll end up like you or me eventually. He'll suddenly shoot up and grow hair when you least expect it.
So no he's fine and doesn't need a doctor.

He's fine. I'm sure he's started puberty in some way. He's just not as fast as some.

It's been said before on this thread, but he's just late in hitting puberty. There is no reason for him to seek medical attention.
