can you hear a song once and love it? or do you you have to hear it a few times and let it grow on you before you really like it?

its very rare that i'll hear a song and like it straight away. often i'll have to listen to it a few times before i start liking it.

Alot of songs I can hear just the once, or even just half the song to fall in love with it.
Although a few songs I need to listen to a few times before I begin to enjoy it.

When I like something, I like it the first time I hear it but there are exceptions and it takes me a couple times before it grows on me.

well its both for me, some songs i love just like that, while others take me a while to warm up to them

Id say let it grow on to really love it, but ive heard songs just once and immeadiatley i loved it and downloaded it, etc.

My thoughts on music is, the song has to have this hidden meaning it has to touch me in a way, it can't just be words. You have to feel it, to like it.

Most songs I have to hear a few times before I like them.. I always have to know the correct words so that I can understand the song alot more and as Greg said.. Feel the song. xD
The only exception to this are the High school musical songs. I always automatically like them.

same i can quickly learn the beat to music and some songs can get me i remember i hated this one song and after a month i put it in my mp3
