I don't think it's horribly abnormal...like for example...my sideburns, one side grows more thick than the other...
It shouldn't have any negative affects though...nothing to worry about.

well im not actually sure, but i do notice that i have more hair under my right arm then my left. and many times the arm you use most (righty or lefty) is the one that developes the fastest, but im not sure.

I think its normal to be honest.
If it really bugs you, you could trim the side with more hair to match the side with less.

I have the same thing, on my righ arm pit, more than my left...

It is totally normal to have more hair under one armpit than the other especially when you first grow it. Puberty affects the body in an uneven way, and what you are describing is exactly how I was like when I first started getting hair. Things will even out with time, and I would not really worry about your situation as it is only going to be temporary.
