Patterns? Look, you don't need to have patterns on your pubes. There pubes it's a natural thing.
If there annoying you just trim them in length and so on and leave it at that.
But make sure you do it properly btw.

yeah its probably easiest to just trim the length rather than a pattern. but dont do it too short cos trust me shaving rash down there is not pleasant

I suppose patterns exist for trimming pubes, and if you want to create some pattern, then using a beard trimmer might be your best bet as the electric blades can create an even cut over a large area unlike a manual rasor. Everything depends upon how much pubes you have as if you are not very hairy down there, then creating a pattern might be hard.

Finally, if you are sexually active and are with a partner, then definitely get her/his input on any changes you make down there as she/he might have ideas on what she/he would find appealing.

I don't really know any patterns that you could trim in your pubes.
I'm sure some Google searching would find some suggestions - or a lot of porn.

Do not shave! It wil l itch and grow back quicker. Just trim it if you have to.
