In my opinion, I think sex in general should be restricted under all circumstances for minors under eighteen. Even if your hormones are telling you to do it, don't!

no im 14 n im frineds with a guy thats 15 but had sex wen he was 12...n i was wondering if that could have hurt him or nething....ya i dont thing he should have done it....but thats his choice...n its legal to have sex wen ur 16 n above...
