I might be wrong but since your in puberty sometimes you'll skip a period and it'll come strong the next time and it won't really be regular till later on in puberty.

Delays and irregular periods are very common for girls until they're done puberty; that's when it becomes more "regular" each month. So don't be worried even if you skip a month again (unless you've had sex of course).

Sex education standards must be terrible if you think rubbing your clitoris gets you pregnant though; I'm not attacking your lack of knowledge on the subject or anything, but I think the standards should be raised so kids know the things they "really need to know".
