am i gay?

im 15 now, 16 in three months, and over the past few months have been considering my sexuality. i am turned on by men, but am aware that this is a part of many peoples puberty. i'm also not as turned on by women as i used to be. also, i'm not exactly opposed to the thought of being gay, and i think i might also like the idea of having a relationship with another man, but is all of this just teen confusion, or does it actually make me gay?

Hormones do kick in, but as you are losing your attraction to women that could be something.

Now: most bisexuals prefer one gender to the other. If you still like women and men at the end of puberty, you're bisexual. Not gay.

But yeah, you probably are bisexual ;)

It's a common belief (well, among some people) that nobody is truly straight or gay. We all fall somewhere in the middle.

It's good that you're okay with the fact that changing sexualities do occur, and puberty is a time when your attractions are really in flux.

As for being gay or not... you're whatever you say you are, really. It's not for someone else to say who you really are. If you feel that you're gay, then you're gay. If you identify as bisexual, you're bisexual. If right now, you're not sure... well, that's perfectly okay, too.

Just go with the flow, and it'll all work out.

well, I must say, this thread is not what I thought it was going to be.

I'm glad you understand the differnces.

I'm 16 years old, and I identify myself as gay. Now, I don't realy have much attraction at all to woman (Once in a while, but very faint). When I look into my future, I can see myself to be more likely with a Guy then a girl. These are some of the things you need to ask yourself. Gimme a shout if youve got any more confusion.

i have tried to 'look forward' and see whether i would be with another man or a woman, and every time i come up with the conclusion that if it's the right person for me, i'd have a relationship with them whether they were a male or a female. so... i'm guessing i'm probably bisexual.
