VT on google

Hey guys, I've been wondering something for a while and now I've decided to make a thread about it :yeah: .

Well I was just wondering why posts on VT don't show up on google when you search them. So, say you wanted to copy and paste someone's post into google to see if it'd been taken from another website, why doesn't VT show up in the results? This even happens when you search for EXACTLY the same text with quote marks around it(making google search for only that string of text and nothing else, it says that no results could be found.

This happens to all the sub-forums, not just the members-only ones.

Please help me :P

Google doesn't index every single thing that is on the internet. Googlebots don't even browse everything on the internet. And Google doesn't index everything that the Googlebots happen to browse - especially if the content is new (posted within a week).

Virtual Teen has a bit more than 30,000 pages indexed by Google, while the thread pages make up a bit more than 50,000 pages. So not everything will be indexed, but most things will. Try expanding your search techniques. :]
