Take a deep breath, and snuggle a stuffed animal. It may sound dorky, but it works.

Even though its against the law when im stressed and angry i just roll a little bit of weed and thats it. But im not promoting it do not use it do not go by me or anything but jack snuggling a stuffed animal really? lol besides the point if u dont got weed sit back in ur bed listen to soft calming music that always helps me and plus talk to a gf mabey i always used to talk to her always calmed me down also

Well smoking weed is a bad and a very last resort option to be honest. Just relax, forget about everyone else, go somewhere where you can relax, your room for example, and sit, forget everyone else, and listen to some music. Or if that doesn't work and your angry, you can always punch your pillow, or get a punch bag?

I would say that if you find yourself getting mad or upset, then throw yourself into a productive task like raking your leaves or organizing your room so that you can expend your energy. You might also want to invest in a punching bag as that can really do wonders to alleviate stress. Also, some people buy tennis balls and squeeze on them with their hand using them as a stress ball to alleviate their stress. Finally, letting your family members know that you are in a bad mood can go a long way to avoiding bad situations. Your mood swings will not last too much longer as you progress through puberty, and just vent and expend your energy so that you will be all right.

Very good advice.
The key to relieving stress is doing something physical, or something that relaxes you. Some people read books, some listen to music, while others do physical activity.
Just do something, just don't sit there and do nothing.
