I have a much shorter than normal tongue web (the thing attached to the bottom of your tongue). It makes it hard to stick my tongue out, I can only get a little past the tip of it out of my mouth. I did some reading, and it says that it is because of a short Frenulum. How am I supposed to make out? It's making me very frustrated! I really wish I was able to do this with my girlfriend, and I can't. I haven't tried, but I know it wouldn't work. What do I do?

i have the same problem, but it does indeed work. most girls , when making out, dont want the guys toungue half way down her throat anyway, so its not a disaddvantage at all. just when you make out will have to be slightly softer and more sentual, which in my opinion is better anyway.
hope i helped

yah, but mine can't go far at all. It only comes a tiny bit past my bottom lip.. Theres no danger of going halfway down anyone's throat, I can barely even get it out of my mouth. If I try to go further, it hurts because the web thing gets pulled on and stuff.

you don't need an extremely long tongue to be a good kisser you just have to know what your doing.

That's what people have been saying, but I don' really understand how I'm supposed to be able to do it. I've seen instructions and stuff, but they all have steps that I am physically incapable of doing :[

There is a surgery that can be performed on the webbing of your tongue. They basically just cut it a bit so you can stick your tongue out more.

Kissing is using lips. French Kissing is open mouth with tongues. People can kiss SPECTACULAR using just the lips. My bf lips make my legs "ping". If your a good kisser tongue wont matter much.

If your tongue can touch your bottom lip, you can french kiss - especially if the person you're kissing has a normal tongue. Granted, you may need to invent the fine details of your own technique, but where's the fun in kissing if you just follow a set of steps someone else came up with? Besides, it really is all about the lips.
