okay so at my school it is against the rules to grind at dances. therefore, at every party, people are grinding like no other. the only problem is that people take grinding much more seriously than anywhere else; they no longer take it as that much fun but as more of a serious thing. so me, as a person who LOVES to grind, has a huge problem with this because lots of girls don't back off when they don't want to and rumors end up getting spread about how i grinded with some girl that some guy likes. Because of my like to dance, i believe that i've been called gay by a lot of people, especially guys. Girls, from what i hear, actually think i'm good at grinding, but i'm not sure what they think regarding sexuality. I just don't know what to do about this entire situation. Also, lots of pictures are posted on Facebook etc. with me partying/grinding in them and i always feel really bad for the girl because they get all embarrassed. Basically, i feel like it's too serious where i live.
So my couple questions are this; where other people live, is grinding common, and how serious is it? How should i deal with the whole "being called gay" situation? And also, girls, how do you go about getting off a guy that tries to grind on you? (that is one of my biggest gripes, when girls grind but don't want to, but maybe that's only where i live)
