im trying not to slip up, not to cut.
but i cant distract myself much longer, ive been doin so well but tonight my head is shot, ive cried 3 times in under an hour and couldnt eat i feel sick. ive been tryin so hard tonight but i just cant hold on any longer...

ll just have to deal with the disappointment in myself in the mornin :(

hey try not to think about how bad you feel now. think about the long run. instead of thinking about how good it feels to ut think about someone you love alot and instead of cutting try and list everything you love about them or take a long hot shower. they sometimes work for me.
