My guess is that in light of your developing you are curious and interested as to how a full grown male should look. Perhaps when you see features on grown males that you would like for yourself, such as strong legs, big arms, etc., then you get aroused because you want those features for yourself. Especially if you just have started puberty, then it is going to take a while for you to sort out your feelings. The reality is that you do get aroused from women, and it is a bit too soon to make judgments on your situation. The only way I would say that you are truly gay is if you only get aroused by men and desire not just to have a physical relationship with one but also have an emotional relationship, too.
