1. Trimming shouldn't make it itchy.
2. Early twenties (21 or so)
3. Eventually. Just pull your foreskin back everyday (stop pulling back when it starts to hurt)
4. I do not think there is a 'g-spot'.

1. Actually, one of the main reasons why people trim their pubes instead of shaving them is that they DON'T get itchy.
2. Depending on when you started puberty, it could stop growing around 19-21.
3. With a little effort, yes it will. Just pull the foreskin so that it shows the head of the penis until it starts to hurt. Do it everyday, that way you will stretch you foreskin and this will make it able to go over the head.
4. Guys have a prostate which in a sense is the equivalent to a g-spot for guys.

Question 1) My guess is that when you trim your pubes you must cut them down pretty low. My suggestion is to use a beard trimmer and only cut the top layer of your pubes and not to cut too low. If you outright remove your pubes or go to a pretty low level, then when they come back there is a chance that they could regrow prickly. Also, using things like calomine lotion or a hydrocortisone cream can reduce itching. Also, keep the area clean as sweat build up can cause your irritation.
Question 2) There is no definite age when a penis stops growing as puberty is a 4-5 year process. For some folks they get a big penis first and everything else later. For many others penis growth happens gradually along with the rest of the changes. Finally, for some others penis growth happens last especially if they are a late bloomer.
Question 3) The head of your penis should be able to come out, and you should follow the foreskin stretching exercises mentioned above. However, if you are making no progress with stretching your foreskin, then you might need a prescription cream or a minor procedure from your doctor in worst case. However, trying the stretching exercises first as that tends to do the trick for nearly most guys.
Question 4) You are probably referring to the prostate in that when a guy is able to massage it the guy can get aroused. However, it can be hard to reach one's prostate, and you need to be very careful about the things you stick up your rectum. If you absolutely want to engage in anal play, then it is best to use toys designed for that purpose. However, if you cannot get access to sex toys, then make sure what ever you use cannot break apart, does not have sharp edges, and it is sterilized with alcohol (the medical kind and not the kind you drink).

I was going to post here but between George ans Pontiacdriver I don't think there is much to add.
1) Trimming has never caused me to itch. I have also posted how to shave so you don't itch either if you want to look up some of my posts.
2) Most people are done growing bu the time they reach the age of 17 but some can still mature way into their mid 20's.
3) Just follow what pontiacdriver had said.
4) Yes you can stimulate the prostate but be careful. I have had a few awesome orgasms from prostate stimulation.
