After say my second time masturbating I usally have to go pee. When I start going my penis really hurts, its like a very sharp pain...

I have the same thing. It's like my penis is used to making sperm come out instead of urine. So then it takes like 3 seconds for it to switch and I feel the urine coming up then a slight burning for maybe 2seconds while I'm pissing then it's normal again.

Yeah it is a sting like a sharp pain in the head of my penis and it usally hurts the whole time I pee, sometimes it does even if I had masturbated a few hours before.

it's normal that it stings. For the majority of the time it's because of left over semen that's drying in the ureathra.

what it is is the acidity in your urine. when you get hard or erect you genital kindof go into a different mode. some sort of muscle prevents you from peeing while your hard so it could be that you are still peeing when your hard and forcing it out that makes it burn... try letting yourself go limp then pee. if it still burns talk to a doctor. if it continues to burn i could dmage ur bladder and kidneys in the long run
