well here i am confused and experimenting agen
well this is how it went
i was having a party(went horribly wrong) so only 2 girls showed up
and we were out front and just laying there on the front lawn
and they decided to dog pile me
well one of my friends stayed on me
and we just out of know where started to kiss
im straight(well think so at least) and she is bi
i really liked this and automatically got wet and felt so great for awhile after
now this is the question
do you think she likes me
because i was on the bottom and she leaned in to me
what should i do!!

Well it is possible that your friend likes you or it could have been the heat of passion.

I would ask your friend what her thoughts are.

It is very normal to get turned n when you are kissing another person and it does not mean you are gay or bi.

but it is mostly because she is my best friend we are just like sisters

Well if you feel about her like a sister, then you should tell her so. You shouldn't take how your body reacted as a sign of something, especially given how young you are - that just hormones messing with you. But if, in the end, it doesn't feel right for you to be anything other than friends with her, then it probably isn't right and she should understand.
