Okay so you know when you have windows vista you have the areo interface er...w/e
It allows you to change the colors on your computer like the default one is an ugly blue kinda deal
well I reformatted my computer and when i go into "personalization" and click "colors and appearance" it brings me to the appearance menu but there's no colors no tab to go to colors no link no window nothing like its not there period

So if anyone here knows anything that might help
