Ok i know that i have mentioned this alot its because im so nervous about it but dont want to go to the doctors as its imbarising how i got it if it is a yeast infection.

I have small circules like lumps all over the back of my penis and on my tesitcals.
I think these are hair folicels but on my foreskin just by the top of the head near top it is a small group of small circules. There are like 2 groups of these small circules.

I have drawn a picture of it because i dont want to show my penis and it dosent come out very clear on camera.

Please help me to find out what this is i have hated my self for so long because of this.:mad:

I'd probably just go and see a doctor, they're trained to deal with these things professionally and besides, they'll have seen enough genitals to really not care at all. There's no need to hate yourself for having it, a half-hour trip to the doctor will most likely solve your problem anyway!

It'll probably turn out to be nothing at all, maybe just hair follicles like you said.
Also, guys can't get yeast infections on their genitals, so you're fine on that count.

if you did post a real picture, the picture would be deleted immediatly

anyways, the spots on your scrotum are probably hair follicles, and hair will probably grow out of them in a few months/years. The ones on your penis could also be hair follicles, but some could be Fordyce's spots. Fordyce's spots are basically little patches of fat in the skin. They're completely normal and most guys have them. Don't pop them - just let them be. If you really want to get rid of them, there's an expensive laser treatment you could do, but doctors advise against any treatment.

I don't know if it is a yeast infection. Guys can not get a yeast infection. It is only a problem with females.

"Yeast is a fungus scientifically referred to as Candida. The specific type of fungus most commonly responsible for vaginitis is Candida albicans. Yeast is commonly present on normal human skin and in areas of moisture, such as the mouth and vagina. In fact, it is estimated that between 20%-50% of healthy women normally carry yeast in the vaginal area."

I got this from medicinenet.com I am not going to give the full web address you will have to search it your self.

If you want to contact me I will give you the full reference.

I would wait to see if it clears up in a few days maybe put some neosporin on it. If it doesn't clear up then go see a doctor. You may want to look at some medical pictures online and see if you see something similar to what your symptoms are.

men can get yeast infections too. and not just thrush, (the oral yeast infection that is common in men with HIV). men can get penile yeast infections, i hear it's not pleasant. not only that, but heterosexual couples who have unprotected sex can pass yeast infections back and forth endlessly, so it seems like it might be a good idea to learn more about male yeast infections and get your penis cleaned up if there's reason to suspect it has a yeast infection of it's own.

i got this from https://www.msu.edu/~eisthen/yeast/men.html

Thats what they are.... I have them too.
Stop worrying and leave them alone. If they start to grow, change shape, sting or itch then consult a doctor otherwise calm down! :)
