No it isn't it'll hurt like hell if it gets inside and just use no lube or some other kind of lube. Also vegetable oil is for cooking not wanking so unless you want to throw it on the stove when your done I highly advice doing it ;)

Well it would make it quite healthy and keep it from burning but no. I'd just use some SUPER soft lotion. It works good. U shouldnt use things meant for others.

My view is that using oils is not harmful in anyway, and I don't see any health risks with using vegetable oil. The only problem that I anticipate your having is that your family will surely notice vegetable oil disappearing or being used in large quantities. I know that some oils actually have medicinal properties such as olive oil, and there really is nothing in vegetable oil that is bad. Just make sure that you masturbate in a place that can easily be cleaned up as vegetable oil can be a bit messy, and also make sure you shower afterwards as vegetable oil can stain undergarments if you don't clean up well.
Depending on your comfort level you might want to invest in actual lube with which to masturbate. If your local grocery store, discounter (i.e. Target), or drugstore has self checkouts, then you might want to use that option. Lube starts around the $5 range and goes up, and the store brand lubes are usually pretty good, especially the Target brand ones.
I agree with the folks above that if all else fails, then you can't go wrong with creams and lotions as you will be killing two birds with one stone: reducing friction during masturbation and also lubricating your skin.

Anything that is "natural", as in from stuff you readily recognize is OK to use. Actually, it's preferred. Lotions, creams, etc., might be slippery, but they're not designed for internal use (it says so right there on the label), b/c there are ingredients that, when they get in the urethra ('Hole') can cause irritation.
So, if you use a lube, any kind of naturally based vegetable/baby oil is good. Stay away from lotions and creams, as well as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc.

i think you mean you don't advise doing it..lol:)
yeah, so don't use vegitable oil, use KY jelly or vaseline. (and no, vaseline isn't used primarily for masturbation/sex lube, so it's not wierd to be seen buying it, we've had other people ask that in the past) or you could simply not use any lube.

Its actually olive oil that is good for your skin not vegetable oil. You should never use oil because its so thick it might drip inside and clog you up then you would have to go to the hospital and have your tubes cleaned.... not nice as im sure we all can imagine.
Use something thats advertised as soft on your skin... baby oil? (its nice and thin so it shouldnt do any damage) NOT SOAP though...

tsh, olive oil feels great, ya veggie oil is fine. Just don't use stuff like soap or conditioner, THAT stuff is stupid. But veggie oil? What's so bad about that?

Really? you really think that?
Yeah. No. nobody jacks off with lotion, gets it stuck in their pee hole, and then pees lotion afterwards.
"Pee gel"? hahahahaha
Vegitable oil isn't even gel, mkay?
Besides, why would it hurt to jack of with a natural product like that? Some people jack off with shampoo or soap. Now those are the people who are wrong.

Everything depends upon the brand of shampoo one uses, but as a rule of thumb soaps, detergents, shampoos, and conditioners are not good to use as lubes as they do have the strong possibility of irritating the urethra. If you do use shampoo yourself as lube, then my guess is that it is very mild.
