1) Trim pubic hairs to make it easier for the razor to move
2i) If using a wet razor (disposable) apply shaving cream to the area
2ii) If using an electric razor (battery powered) check the instruction leaflet to see if shaving cream is ok to use. Most of the time it will block the motor. If you can use shaving cream, apply it, if not, don't.
3) Shave in the direction of growth, or downwards. This will not cut the hair completely, but it means you don't get a shaving rash.
- If you don't want stubble, then shave against the direction of growth. You'll be smoother but when the hair grows back you're more likely to get a rash.
4) Apply lotion daily to the shaved area, to sooth the skin and reduce irritation.
5) Try to keep about a week between each shave, otherwise you skin will break a lot easier while shaving (you'll have lots of little cuts where the hairs grow).
Hope that helped :)
