For you to view? Technically, but no one gives a damn. Its one of those "its illegal but no one cares" type things. If you're talking about is it illegal in general, its not, but its illegal for anyone under 18 to view (or to be in it).

Ah, I understand what you're saying now. Free online porn is not illegal in and of itself, but there are illegal methods of obtaining it (which of course I will not state).

Let's keep the thread on topic.

Legally speaking, in most jurisdictions, you must be at least 18 years old to view pornography. Pornography in itself isn't illegal as long as the participants being filmed or photographed are at least 18.

I just noticed your location that you're from Sweden and according to wikipedia, there's no age limit.
No age limits at all. Some shops follow a voluntary 18 year limit. Illegal for persons below 18 to act in films or pose for photography made in Sweden. Video and stills are illegal if actor is below 18 even if legal in originating country. Material that may involve animals is de facto legal; however, it is subject to animal-welfare laws. BDSM is classified as "illegal depiction of violence," but the law is rarely used to ban any such material.

But under US law it is unlawful for a minor to view or participate in pornography.
Which is where most of the people on this site are from. However, like Maverick stated, for you it is not.

^^ Incest porn and bestiality porn are actually LEGAL in the United States to my awareness. Child porn is the only one that you listed that's illegal. And as I already said and John reiterated, its TECHNICALLY illegal to view porn if you're under 18 in the United States, but again, its one of those "you're chances of getting in trouble are pretty much zero" cases, though getting porn illegally or paying for it through someone else could get you in legal trouble.

Technically, yes he is. However, like stated before although it is a law people break it. Also, like said before you most likely won't be prosecuted for viewing pornography if you are a teen. Then again it is illegal and you "shouldn't view it..." :P
