I may not be a girl but I think I can answer your question. I wouldn't think that a girl would freak out when they say that you had an erection. Sure some might laugh at you, others would think that your into them, or some might just ignore it completly. The whole boobs thing though is hard, some girls don't like it, it's best just to look them in the eyes they like that.

Nah, Peter. It's not against the rules. We've had similar questions before.

It all depends on the girl. For example, a younger teen (protected from the world of puberty) might freak out a little, because they're shocked etc. But others might simply ignore it, so that you don't feel uncomfortable.

It's the same for feeling your erection unintentionally.

When you find yourself staring at breasts, try not to. That's the only advise I could give you. Again, some girls will be annoyed with you, but just explain that you didn't realise.

I wouldn't know how to answer the first two; I've never experienced either. I suppose it would make me very uncomfortable if it happened.

However, I do know the answer to the third: I have a zero tolerance policy for breast staring. When it happens I feel like punching the guy, though I restrain myself. It makes my respect for a guy plummet to somewhere below zero. I do my part though: I dress conservatively, so I feel there's no reason for a guy to stare at my breasts unless he's a pervert.

Its common for a girl to laugh at an erection. Its normal. But its almost impossible for them to get a reaction from the second question unless you actually said or did something to make that possible. Question number three is probably just common curiosity. Peek and stare are two different things.
