well in the user control panel where you see your rep, i see red ones(bad), green ones(good). but i also see a grey rep point, the same colour as if you deactivated reputation. what does grey mean?

That means that a member who has 0 rep power gave it to you, such as someone who lost rep and went below 10 points, or someone who hasn't obtained 25 posts yet.

Grey means the user who gave you rep is probably new and hasn't accumulated and rep power yet. The number beside your rep bars in you information by each post is your rep power. New members start out with 0.

That means that either someone with disabled rep gave it to you, or a member who has 0 rep power, such as someone who lost rep and went below 10 points, or someone who hasn't obtained 25 posts yet.
Well actually people who had disabled there rep can still give rep points.

Almost completely correct except the first. If someone with disabled rep gives it to you, it counts normally.
