If you don't like any of them, maybe you should look elsewhere for your date to the dance. See if you can find someone you might like if you got to know them better instead; that way there's at least the possibility that you won't end up having to hang out with someone you don't like. Or if you have any female friends that you like strictly as a friend you can always ask them; just explain that you'd like to go to the dance but you don't have any love interests at the moment so you figured you'd take someone you knew you'd have a good time hanging out with.
