I am feeling kind of depressed about my relationship. I shouldn't be because everything is running smoothly. The only problem is that I love my girlfriend. I love for real, and I know that it probably won't last. Everyone says that high school relationships don't last. While she says that she loves me, and that it's more than a normal relationship: I still can't help but feel like it will end. I'm sure it can't last. I don't know what to do anymore...

Your feeling a bit depressed because of well the inevitable. Truth being and it will hurt: that most relationships in high school dont last. So maybe u realized that and ur sad about it. But also if you two love eachother enough and dont quarrel and wanna break up after ever little thing it may last. U have a choice really in high school to try and make things work or move on and find someone else. Its the way high school is. U either with someone or u can move on. Ur a world of where people will just wanna try new things or are tired of them. Its a brutal truth. But if u really like her u should get over it and get on loving her.

So far, we don't fight. Like I said, everything is going wonderfully (which is why I shouldn't be depressed). I'm probably going to have to talk to her about it, because I promised I'd tell her if I got depressed (Actually we both promised each other that if anything was ever wrong, we'd tell the other about it). I don't know what thats going to do..

Well it's true that the vast majority of high school relationships end, but not always. That's how some people end up marrying their "high school sweetheart". It's impossible to tell at this point if and how long it will last, but regardless you should enjoy it. Having such a strong bond is a good thing; even if it breaks eventually, you'll probably end up deciding that the whole thing was worth it.
