Hey all, i'm new here. Anyway i was on a school trip a few days ago and i was made to share the same bed with my best friend who is gay (we are quite close and i have not started puberty yet but he has) and i had this really weird dream... he started to feel me up so i felt really weird and he attempted to give me oral. I just thought it was a dream but how come i always feel the same whenever i'm around him am i gay?

Well we say on here that to be gay you have to like someone physically and emotionally. But it's more than that. I expect, since puberty hasn't really kicked off yet that this is just your sexual hormones talking, it's a perfectly natural thing to have thoughts and wierd dreams about your mates. The fact that he's gay probably adds to that junction.
So it's fine and normal, and I expect it's just hormones. And since you haven't PHYSICALLY started puberty yet, it'll be a long time before you come to a conclusion about what orientation you are. So, just wait, but remember, love what you are, you cannot change into what your not.

If your gay and you like girls then your either in the closet or your bi. It's hard to choose who your attracted to like for example you can find yourself attracted to someone you never thought you would.

As for your dream, it could mean a lot of things or it could mean nothing at all. If your just starting to feel attracted to him then maybe your dream just started to make you curious about him.

I'm gay. But for years of my life, I hated myself for it, and tried like hell to like girls, not boys. I couldn't. You cannot choose.

Your dream was what it was: a dream. My guess is that your subconscious mind took over and knowing that your friend who is gay was sleeping next to you caused him to be the subject of your thoughts. Somehow your dream created a vivid image of what you expect sex to be like for your friend, but your dream is hardly an indicator of your sexual preference. It takes a while to figure out exactly what you are, but it is not reasonable to base your entire sexuality based upon one isolated dream. Being gay is having both emotional and physical desires for the same sex as stated much better above.

I'm from England aswell, but i dont really believe in what you've just said, Sharing a bed on a school trip???? I've never heard that one ever before, usually you would share a room with your friend in a seperate bed ie bunk beds.

The teachers would never make you do that, i'm sure your parents would have to agree on that first, before any sharing with people would happen.
