What?? Is that English? Or some form of language that i'm not aware of. Ummmm....I think your question is that why is this 'crazy sam' not ejaculating, and yet you are?

Right well then, the reason is that he is probably not developed enough yet, and you are, it doesn't mean that your better than him or anything, it's just that everyone develop's at different rates.

This is normal and is not really a problem. It's a natural feeling that I can't explain that after you masturbate, you want to pee. And it will sting a bit because of the semen that is still left in the vein. Or something like that anyway. So this is normal.

well, you just came, and theres some semen left in your urethra, and then you pee and your pee washes away whatevers in your urethra,(sorry, i feel like using big technical words today:)), including semen/sperm.
