Your question is a valid one as it is definitely possible to notice hair on areas such as arms, legs, and facial hair, and noticing differences between you and a sibling or parent does not mean that you are perverted in anyway. I am going to assume that your question has to deal with body hair and not with private areas like the genitals. After all, the ideal people to which to compare your own growth are your parents, siblings, and relatives as they do share the same genetic material as you and can be predictors of your future growth. Simply looking at your parents, siblings, or relatives does not imply that such looks are sexual in anyway. Remember, you are made up of genetic material from both parents, and it is entirely possible for you to inherit the characteristics from your Mum's bloodline thus making you hairier than your Father or to inherit a characteristic that was dormant in both parents.

I would say I am about the same as my Father in terms of hair with the only difference is my having hairier legs and arms. Other than that, we pretty much are similar in most areas such as facial hair and chest hair. It felt weird at first having slightly hairier arms and legs than my Father, but he did not make a big deal about it thus reducing any self conscious feelings about having it. If anything, my Father was proud that I was developing very masculine traits and was pretty supportive.

Don't worry if you are hairy than your immediate family as your genetics probably just made you a bit more developed in that area. Having hair just means you will have a bit more body maintenence, but the upside is folks will never mix you up for being a girl, and you will definitely look very masculine.
