I would say simpsons but I find the episodes tiring and samey now.

The Simpsons should end really. It's gone on too long and the stories are now getting thin. They should end with a bang rather than slowly kill it.
Same with South Park really, and for the same reasons.

I've tried to watch Fmily Guy sooo many times, but it always failed to keep my attention.

Simpsons are great and all that, but the last few series have really unfunny and predictable jokes...

Family Guy. It's jokes are funny, without being annoyingly inappropriate like South Park. While I admit South Park is funny, it has unnecessary racist jokes. And The Simpsons aren't even funny.
