A British mother not only condones her 13-year old daughter smoking, drinking and having underage sex, she rewards her with cigarettes for her behaviour.

Tracy Holt, an unemployed single mother from Hampshire, also thinks daughter Sam's antics are sweet, not shocking.

The 43-year old mum told UK magazine Closer: "I don't see the point of punishing her. If i ground her, I'm just punishing myself because i have to put up with her in the house. Instead, i reward her good behaviour by giving her cigarettes. If she's bad, she goes without. She's a little comedian. I let her get away with a lot of cheek. It's sweet."

Holt insisted that giving out cigarettes for a reward worked. "There are a lot worse things she could be doing" she said. "We've all got to die sometime. I haven't got cancer from smoking, so she'll probably be alright anyways."

Holt also refused to get angray about Sam losing her virginity at the age of 12. "I didn't punish her" she said. "It wasn't a one-night stand. She had been dating the guy for a couple of weeks. I took her to the doctor the next day to get her on the Pill. I've told her to use condoms."

Sam insisted that being given cigarettes as a reward had helped her behaviour. "If mum tells me to clean my tidy my room, I ignore her. But if she offers me a fag, I do it," she said.

Holt also appears relaxed about her daughter's other passtimes. She said "Sam often hangs out with her mates on the streets and they'll drink lager and smoke pot. I think she only drinks a couple of cans a night. So I'm lucky she isn't a proper drunk."

The mother is stupid. I feel for the girl for having such an incompetent parent. But, more than anything, I feel terrible for the child that's inevitably going to be born to a wild mother because of her antics.

Sam admits having had four sexual partners in less than a year but said: 'I only sleep with boyfriends. I worry about getting pregnant because I don't want kids until I'm married so I always use condoms.'

If I told her to quit drinking and smoking pot and she didn't, I'd put her in a facility. She can't be controlled by her mother after she turns eighteen, but at thirteen, her mother can still do something.

Only my friend recognized that what her mom was doing was wrong :/
Her mom is dead now though...
And as bad as this is going to sound,
Here mom had it coming for raising my friend and her sister like that.
