When I am erect my foreskin can't be pulled back properly, i'm 16, nearly 17.

I would not say your situation is completely abnormal, but my guess is that your foreskin should be able to be retracted at your age. It is probably best that you schedule an appointment with your health care provider as there are non-invasive methods that can be used to loosen a foreskin such as prescription creams. I would definitely be checked out as you don't want any bad to happen to your foreskin when you become sexually active (if you are not so already).

Normal, but not good. 50% of all 15 y/o cannot retract, so you're not alone here.
Gently pull it back it the shower daily, go slowly and do not force it. It will take some time to retract.

why go through all that trouble when you can:
step 1. pull the foreskin back as far as it goes for 5 minutes a day
step 2. when that 5 minutes is up, jack off.
step 3. repeat for a month. you should see improvements at the end of the month. :)

Yeah, just pull it back everyday.
Eventually you will see results, as long as you stick to it.

Sorry, maybe I didn't explain properly, I can do it when I'm not erect, just can't do it when I am, what do you suggest for this? And thanks for your suggestions so far.

Every once in awhile, pull it back until it hurts. then leave that for about 10-15mins and then roll it back up.
Do this daily if you can.
