It is never normal to lose that much in a week trust me, i have never lost THAT much but it isnt ABNORMAL for someone to eat less when they are depressed, but it isnt normal, if you get my jist. If it is temporary just let it be an dyou will probably purge in another day back into normal eating so dont be too freaked out unless youve been losing weight like this for a while now . .. whats your height/weight and or bmi? that could help . . .

= body mass index gwash . . and thats underweight, i am an inch taller then you and was told by doc that 140 is minimum (though i loked it up and it was 138 actually) start working out a little bit more to get some muscle on? you dont have to eat more, though it might help
by the way try to take a glutamine supplement if ou think you are really in trouble to prevent yoour ody from erm . . eating itslef

Dude, eating is awesome! Whenever I'm depressed, I eat. And eat and eat. Especially Oreos. Yummm. But it's not healthy. Fight it, force something down your throat and don't measure yourself up against what you see in the media.

Some people eat for confort, but in your case your not eating because your to busy thinking about your problems. Which takes away from many normal acitivities.

losing that much weight in that time is not good. even though there was once someone at my school who, for wrestling, lost 10lbs in 30min for the weigh-in its not healthy to lose that weight in that time. i havent lost that much weight in my life. im sorry but i didnt catch if u were a guy or a girl. but if ur a guy like me, then 5' 7" and 128lbs is a bit low. when i was about 5' 8" i was 140 and my doctor said ur ok now but it would be unhealthy for you to be getting any skinnier. and now im about 5' 11" and about 162, im hungry all the time. i work out, swim competetivly and eat alot but i eat healthy. u shouldnt eat alot all of a sudden if uve lost all that weight so u should start out slowly. really, eating will make you feel a bit better because you just have that full and satisified feeling. dont use eating as a way to avoid depression but it will help you out and help u think straighter cus ur mind will be off ur belly.
