Yes, it is illegal. Also, morally it is frowned upon. Your friends obviously have a fetish in that sense. It may pass and it may not...you never know. As long as they don't physically act then it should be okay. As for you dealing with them, if it makes you uncomfortable then tell them and maybe you will come to a resolution.

Very rarely are there topics around here where definite answers can be given, but there is no way that incest or bestiality can be condoned. There are obvious reasons as to why incest is wrong, and it is troubling that anyone would engage in such type of porn let alone watch it. You are hardly unreasonable for not wanting to watch incest porn.

Incest porn is just acting. The actors, obviously, aren't related. There isn't much wrong with making or viewing this type of pornography as long as the actors are above 18 because of its complete fiction basis.
Beastiality isn't universally illegal. Different countries, and indeed, different US states take different legal stances on this topic.

Obviously, if you don't want to watch it, don't.
However, don't let this affect the way you see your friends. They are still the same people that you knew, liked and were comfortable with before. They haven't changed.
