Don't force it upon him...if he doesn't want to show his penis, don't make him.

You may have urges and such but if you think realistically there is a low chance that you will be able to see it. Maybe you can "try" at like a urinal or locker room but think about it. It most likely looks like yours. It's used for the same thing. He has everything that you have so instead just don't worry and focus on the friendship.

Yeah don't risk your friendship to see your friend's penis.
Let me give you some advice it is better to have a friend then see his penis.

Don't risk your friendship. It won't be worth it.

your hormones can make you do bad things. resist these urges, don't make him show you if he dosn't want to. even asking can make awkward moments in the future.

While it can be normal to be curious, especially when you just start out in puberty, the fact remains that doing anything remotely sexual with your friend can lead to an awkward situation with you both. It is one thing if you have doubts about puberty and want to seek reassurance from him, but things can get very weird once you two get naked with one another. Basically, you need to play things by the ear as you know your friend best, and if you know for a fact that sexuality is something with which he would feel very uncomfortable talking, then you should avoid that topic for the sake of your friendship.

Experimenting is a normal thing to do, as being curious is a very normal thing. However you must know the consequences of doing it. As he doesn't want to show you, don't force him too, it can make things difficult in your friendship, and if you do do show each other it can still make things difficult between you.
So ask yourself is it really worth it? Losing a friend just to see him penis? No i don't think it is.
BUT, if he says he wants to do it and so do you then that's fine, as long as your BOTH comfortable with it, and it doesn't go any further, then it's okay. :-)
