how aroused you are - if your more aroused, your body primes the muscles you use to pee,(these also help you cum) because that way, if you were having sex, your cum would go farther into the vagina make it easier for your sperm to reach the egg. the same for masturbation, exept theres no girl to make pregnant

It is my understanding that the large amount of semen that porn stars ejaculate is really not natural especially if there is a huge amount of it. I believe that in order to produce so much "semen" some porn stars get saline injections near their genitals to make it appear that they are shooting a large quantity of semen when in reality they are shooting out the saline solution.

Basically, don't use porn as an indicator of reality, and don't worry if you cannot do everything a porn star, or anyone else out there for that matter, can do. Be confident in the way you are.
