Hi, I'm new and I'm 14 Gay. and I was wondering is my penis size average being approx. 3.5 inches erect? and 2 inches soft?

Since you are 14, that's a pretty good size. The average ADULT size is 5-7 inches, but you are not an adult yet so you've got plenty of time to grow.

I dont' know what the average is but it really doesn't matter.
The average for a fully grown man is about six inches erect. But your only 14!
Youth is in your viens, literally. Your hormones are probably by the sound of it only just kicking in, so you will not have developed enough yet to get your full sized penis.

Puberty stops on average in your early twenties so there's a long way to go yet. So, in short, don't worry. :-)

well since your in the beginning of puberty, its a good size, you'll grow later on in puberty(the average male size is 5-7'')

Its natural for your age; I'm 14 and I have a seven incher. So I guess I'm an early bloomer. But there are late bloomers as well. So nothing to worry about! But there is no average.
