A couple important questions

My erect penis is around 5.5 inches and i was looking at condoms online and it show the snugger fit and regulars come in about 7-8" lenghts. Do they make them for smaller penis teens? I know there based on girth, but 7-8" would be way to big for me.

5.5 is normal sized, use the 'regular' sized condoms.

Yeah, use the regular sized condoms. If you don't have a clue on what to get, go to a store and buy a few packets of different sizes and brands and test them all out.

But take these for example, there regular size, i think, but it says 7.8" long

They should have the right size for you.

People told me one size fits all though one time. Don't know if thats true.

Look for condoms that say "For her pleasure" usally they don't want to say "Small" though 5.5 is the average for a male

The condom will fit, it's just made a little longer so that it can fit a range of sizes. The thing is that it will unroll over the penis to fit your exact size... You don't need to unroll it all the way.
