My guess is that masturbating is something "adult" in your mind, and perhaps you feel that anything related to sex is something that really is off limits to you with your feeling like a kid on one side and having adult feeling on the other. Also, perhaps you are afraid that once you start ejaculating that things will change or that if your parents find out that they will treat you differently and that you will no longer be their little boy. However, change is not a bad thing, and ejaculating is not anything bad or awkward. If anything, ejaculating is part of your natural progession of life, and by doing so you will pass another major milestone in your life. Basically, don't be afraid if you ejaculate as you will still be the same person as you were before you could do so, and your family will love you all the same.
