No. Absolutely not. Those canstunt your growth, and you need to have your doctor on board. Without proper excercise, the supplements will just turn straight into fat and cause all sorts of otherhealth problems. If you want to bulk up a bit, eat some, not a lot, and eat pretty healthy and work out. Lift weights and situp/pushups will help. Don't go overboard, but you can bulk up. You won't be a big guy, but you wont be as tiny. But as for supplements, definately do not get on any sort of supplement without telling your doctor and receiving their adivce.
Hope that helped.

Alex, unless your weight is the result of some dietary deficiency, I'd recommend against any 'supplements'. Rather, it's probably better to review what it is you're eating and make sure it's proper and balanced.
Weight is a factor of many things, including what you eat, and what your metabolism is, and what your energy output is. If everything is in balance, than your weight is just a reflection of your body's efficiency. If you're cutting back on meals or eating a lot of junk, then you might rebalance that part of the equation. But, stay away from 'supplements'.

Don't forget that your body size also has SO much to do with your heredity. Height, build, etc. If it was a health problem, a doctor would tell so.

Eat alot of healthy high protein food. If you don't eat alot, supplements won't do anything. Unless you eat alot you will be skinny no matter how hard and well you train.
