recently i have had a bit of a change in my diet and about 2 days ago i noticed that i am starting 2 break out. sooo i would like to know what kind of foods,drinks,activiteys, ect could cause pimples to suddenly appear... can u help me out? please:lol::lol::lol::):):lol::lol::confused:

Things that are oily like most fast food, candy, soda, a lot of junk food can affect acne. Unless its REALLY bad, I wouldn't really worry about it because like I take minocycline for my acne which is an antibiotic because bacteria gets caught in your pores on your face and creates acne. So minocycline keeps that from happening but its a prescription drug therefore you need to go to your doctor to get it.

You should only go to the doctors if the acne is serious, don't go there if you have a few here and there, just go to a wal-mart or something and buy some Clearasil products or Clean and Clear.

Well foods high in fat, high in sugar, You need to eat a balance diet. It could be also that your skin has gotten oily recently. Try washing your body more often and see if that helps you.

well foods that have lots of salt(chips) or lots of fat(fast food) are more likely to cause acne. i use spectro gel and clearasil in the shower to wash my face when i break out.

the best thing to do is wash your face with a brick of soap when you get up, when you go to bed and whenever you feel your skin is too greasy (check by running a finger down the side of your nose).

Cut down on chocolate and dairy products (milk before bed can cause acne) eat lots of fruit to keep getting rid of toxins.

This worked for me and its a lot cheaper than buying clerasil every week

Yeah, anything greasy, sugary, fatty. The type of stuff that sustains most of us! Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, fish. All the stuff most teens hate. Listen, you want good skin or you want momentary buccal bliss?

Washing is good, find a mild soap and wash your face a couple of times per day, not aggressively, though. The zit creams aren't a substitute for good, sensible eating. Acne is best treated from the inside out.

Listen all of you!!!! I have had acne for a while and have talked to many doctors. Food doesn't cause break outs. And if you are starting to break out just get a good simple face wash and you will be fine.

First part is true, second part isn't. A certain amount of face washing is required, but not all break outs can be stopped by washing.

I think washing your face at every shower keeps it in check. I think that stress is proabbly the biggest factor too. Stress and bad/dirty skin. So if you keep those factors under wraps then you should keep pimples and acne in check.

depends if you are eating really oily foods it can affect your acne
