i'm expected to be a top grade person, do everything for student council, be there for my friends, and other stuff. today i just got pushed overboard! I got very depressed, and stuff.
i was at our school dance and a lot of drama happened. long story short, i just cut myself for the first time. it makes me feel good, but i feel like is did wrong. who do i tell. i can't tell my parents. i just can't! do i just tell someone i trust? like a close teacher? idk, i'm a first timer, before i was against cutting, now idk.

Well, I think if you can tell a trusted friend, itd help if you can have a support to help you through this. so, if you can resist ever doing it again, you don't need to tell your parents. Though, if you do it again, I highly suggest telling your parents about it. If it comes to it, write them a letter if you can. Just since you haven't become addicted to it, you can stop.
I hope you can stop and if you EVER need to talk, feel free to PM me.

thing is, my parents aren't as understanding as you think.
they expect a lot from me.
I mean, i sprained my akle a few monthes ago, and they didn't believe it was sprained, until it got to the point where i was limping 24/7

Then show them. I know its hard, but I know you can get to them. Anything it takes to get help.

I agree completely!
Tell someone and get the help you need before it gets worse!
You dont want to be stuck doing that any longer.
Though I feel rather hypocritical saying that.. but still!!
