My iPod

I got my ipod a few weeks ago, and everything is great.

I do have one teensy weensy problem. Not bad, it just annoys me.

When a song is almost over, say the last 10-15 seconds, it starts mixing it with the next song. It annoys the crap out of me. I don't want to listen to two songs at once.

How do I fix this?

Right click on a song in iTunes and select Get Info. Under the Options tab it sould have an option to set is as a gapless album, if that is ticked then select all of the songs on your ipod (ctrl + a) then go though the same process and uncheck the gapless album option.

I had this problem too, it's an easy fix.

Plug in iPod. Go up to the top of the iTunes screen and go Edit ----> Preferences. Then go to the playback tab. Theres on option that should be at the very top of the section called "Crossfade song". Uncheck this, or shorten the crossfade time.
That should work.

Try making sure the highlighted part is unchecked. (Edit > Preferences > Playback)

Not yet, I haven't plugged my iPod into my computer yet. I will do it tomorrow morning though.
