its a myth. completely false. the only possible relation the to penis is to divide your shoe size by 2 then add to to that number, but that only works because most people have the shoe size that can be divided by 2 and then it gives you the average penis size(5-7''), and most people have an average penis size so it works fits by default. but it dosn't give you an exact number. and its very possible to be very off using that shoe size method.

I think there have been some surveys and attempts to see how much shoe size correlates with penis size but no one has completely followed up. However, professional scientific studies say there is not a correlation.
